a few words about Her
How did I get into my profession?
I started my journey in holistic health while learning to be a mom. I noticed that my children were sensitive to certain foods and the environment, so I began feeding them organic foods before "organic" was popular. As my sons grew up, I worked as a Patient Advocate for a chiropractic care doctor, helping his patients with nutrition through Applied Kinesiology and whole food supplementation. This experience sparked my interest in health.
My interest in mind, body, and spirit health led me to explore holistic approaches such as therapeutic essential oils, gemology/crystal energy, Reiki, intuitive warrior courses, intentional living, and staying present in the moment. I've always been curious about our existence and what it means to live on earth among other life forms. I believe we are spiritual beings living in a body that interacts with various environments. This belief led me to become a certified Reiki Practitioner of The Traditional USUI system.
My friend Bonnie, the owner of MBSWC, introduced me to MFR (Myofascial Release), which sparked my interest. After attending a John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Healing seminar as a patient, I was inspired to become a MFR Therapist, offering The John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach®, a non-invasive, safe, and gentle approach to healing the body.
