a few words About Her

Hi, I'm Kylie — I'm so glad you're here! You deserve a space where you feel truly heard, accepted, and supported — no judgment, just real understanding. I’m here to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can be your authentic self. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most and cheering you on every step of the way. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and never judged — a place where you can drop the mask, speak openly, and know you’re not alone. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help; I’ve been in your shoes, and I know how intimidating it can be to open up to someone new. That’s why I approach this work with deep empathy and honesty — because I’ve experienced firsthand just how amazing therapy can be

Therapy looks different for everyone, there’s no “one right way” to heal, grow, or figure things out. That’s why I take the time to really get to know you and tailor our work to fit your unique needs. I pull from a mix of therapeutic approaches, with person-centered care at the core. I’m here to be your listening ear, your support system, and yes, sometimes your unofficial emotional support comedian. (Because sometimes, we need to laugh through the chaos.) Whatever you’re going through, whether it’s struggles with anxiety, panic, depression, Trauma, Body dysmorphia, substance use, life changes, or just feeling stuck— I’m here to provide support and walk alongside you when you’re ready.
